Refunds & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a course purchase and receive a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided that:

• you have consumed less than 20% of the course content, and
• no certificate has been issued to you for that course, and
• you have not downloaded course material for offline use.

Consumption is measured by the progress the Platform has recorded against the lessons in the course — the same figure you see on your own progress panel, so there is nothing hidden in the calculation.

Once the 7-day window has passed, or once you have gone beyond 20% of the content or been issued a certificate, the purchase is no longer refundable. Course access is a digital service delivered immediately, and beyond that point it has substantially been provided.

• A duplicate payment — for example, the same course paid for twice because a page was submitted more than once.
• A payment that was taken but for which access was never granted.
• A course we withdraw or discontinue before you have substantially completed it.
• A charge you did not authorise, once verified with the payment gateway.

If money left your account and you did not get what you paid for, tell us. That is our error to fix and the window does not apply to it.

Institution subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not refund the current term, which remains available until it expires. Changing plan mid-term credits the unused whole days of the current term against the new plan — the arithmetic is shown before you pay. Where that credit exceeds the price of the new plan, the difference is carried as credit and is not paid out in cash.

Email INFO@GASOFTTECH.COM from the address on your account, or raise the request from your Purchases page in the Platform. Include the order reference. You do not need to give a reason, though it helps us improve the course if you do.

• We acknowledge a refund request within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are sent back through INR to the original payment method — we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account, because the gateway will not permit it.
• The money typically appears within 5–7 business days of approval. The final step is your bank's, and that part is outside our control.
• You will receive a credit note for your records once the refund is issued.

If you are unhappy with a refund decision, write to INFO@GASOFTTECH.COM and it will be reviewed by our grievance officer, the designated grievance officer. We aim to respond within 7 business days. Raising a dispute with us first is usually faster than a chargeback and does not affect your right to pursue one.
